Unlike previous releases, which maintained a consistent mash bill, this bourbon boasts a higher rye content, enriching its flavor profile with a balance of sweetness and spice. While bourbon is typically corn-based, the increased percentage of rye grain in our Kentucky Peerless High Rye mash bill accentuates its distinctive sweet and spicy characteristics.
