After a manual harvest, these Chardonnay grapes are slowly pressed using a gravity press, delicately extracting the juices and thus preserving the delicate aromatics.
Aromas of rubbed flint and ripe stone fruit jump from the glass, leading to striking acidity, and an exceptional saline depth.
