Eve Grosset, the 4th generation winemaker at this family domain, makes wines that are bright, zippy, and filled with lemony goodness. This 1er Cru is no exception! All of the vineyards are located on the right bank of the Serein River, which is recognized as the finest part of the Chablis appellation. This wine is delightfully linear, with flavors of lemon, green apple, and a long minerally finish. Drink now or age, either way it’s sure to be a hit at the dinner table!
