Certified organic and biodynamic, these vines thrive in the nutrient-poor limestone and sandy soils of the Massif d’Uchaux plateau, yielding wines of remarkable finesse and urban allure. Owned by the Burgundian Plumet family since 1981, the winemaking shows some parallel.

The traditional and robust blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre is typically linked to the southern Rhone, notably in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
