*4W* 2022 Division Winemaking Company "Un" Chardonnay (Willamette Valley, OR)

Division Winemaking Company was founded in 2010 by Kate Norris and Thomas Monroe, inspired by the wineries of the Loire, Beaujolais, Burgundy and the Northern Rhone where the two first learned winemaking. The "Un" Chardonnay sits perfectly between California Chardonnay and White Burgundy. The aromatics are balanced with orchard fruit and a well integrated flint note. The palate is lively with ripe fruit, mineral characteristics and tons of length.

    About The Varietal

    Chardonnay

Chardonnay, possibly the most famous among white grape varieties, is frequently regarded as reaching its peak expression in its Burgundian birthplace. However, this grape has journeyed across the globe, and Chardonnay wines, ranging from outstanding to less inspiring, can now be discovered in various wine-producing regions worldwide.
