Crafted solely from Chardonnay grapes, this wine was fermented and aged for six months in French oak barrels. The barrel fermentation imparts a refined texture to the mid-palate, complemented by a crisp, sophisticated mineral acidity. Aromas of tropical fruits and peach lead to flavors of yellow apple and sweet pineapple on the palate. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, pasta in olive oil, and sautéed vegetables.
