At Dionystic (named after the Greek god of wine), the winemakers’ goal is to diversify the viticulture of the Willamette Valley by growing grapes other than Pinot Noir. This piquette is refreshing and low in alcohol, made from the must of Syrah grapes and fermented with native yeasts and springwater. It’s fruity and a little funky, and a very unique expression of Syrah.
