Its creation involves a unique combination of water sources, including rainwater, deep well water from 450 feet below ground, and spring water. This tequila is oxygenated or aerated to enhance its qualities. The tasting experience reveals notes of sweet cooked agave, subtle mineral nuances, hints of florals, a touch of black pepper, and a delicate blend of apple and pear flavors.
About The Producer
Volans is the inspired creation and passion project of Cristina and Chad Allen. Chad, originally from Idaho, married Cristina, whose family hails from Jalisco, in 2007. United by their shared love for agave spirits, they pursued their dream of producing and promoting their own premium tequila.
