Rich notes of honey and stone fruit complement a warm blend of baking spices that strike a rare balance of complexity for the discerning whiskey enthusiast. This blend of straight bourbon whiskeys ranges in age from a minimum of four up to seven years and is a marriage of three award-winning mash bills: 75% Corn / 21% Rye / 4% Malted Barley, 60% Corn / 36% Rye / 4% Malted Barley, and 78% Corn / 10% Rye / 12% Malted Barley
About The Producer
Trillium was founded in March 2013 by JC and Esther Tetreault, driven by a vision to create a brewery inspired by the modern New England farmhouse lifestyle and experience. Starting with just three employees and strong backing from family, friends, and the community, the small brewery on Congress Street in Boston's Fort Point has since expanded to a team of over 300. Each team member is deeply committed to elevating the Trillium experience with passion and purpose.
