Grassy, nutty, and earthy, this is medium bodied with a rich mouthfeel and a long, dry finish. Rustic with a high acidity, this pairs beautifully with barbecue, hearty mushroom and grain dishes, beef, or lamb and is an excellent example of a traditional food friendly style found in many restaurants across Japan. This brewery also holds the distinction of being one of only two breweries to have an organic certification for Japan, the United States, and the European Union!
