    Michel Couvreur sources small-produced malt whiskies from Scotland and ages them in Burgundy oak casks. This unique maturation process in Burgundy oak casks gives their whiskies distinct characteristics and flavors.

    The "Candid" bottling exudes a creamy and opulent character, featuring a significant presence of Sherry oak notes, reminiscent of sun-dried raisins and subtle almond oil undertones. It exhibits subtle traces of peat running through its flavor profile.
