White Bones is named for the soil formed by limestone deposits and fossilized animal bones left behind by a river that used to flow through the region. Notes of jasmine, chamomile, white pepper, and spearmint, and jarrilla (a plant native to the Andes) jump out of the glass, making this a chardonnay unlike any you’ve ever had.
