2020 Bedrock Wine Old Vine Zinfandel (Sonoma, CA) 7R

Founders Morgan Twain-Peterson and Chris Cottrell are incredibly passionate about producing wines that have some history to them, especially within the vines. This bottle is all old vines made in the new world style. It's juicy with incredible tannic structure. We suggest pairing it with taco night!

    About The Varietal

    Zinfandel

Zinfandel, affectionately known as "Zin" in the United States, is a dark-skinned red wine grape variety extensively cultivated in California. It was introduced to the Americas from Europe in the early 19th century and quickly gained popularity in both Napa and Sonoma counties, where it continues to be a prominent and successful variety today.

    About The Producer

    Bedrock Wine Co.

Bedrock Wine Co. was founded in 2007 by Master of Wine, Morgan Twain-Peterson. As he says: "We believe diversity adds excitement to life. My wines aren't limited to one style but reflect my eclectic tastes, creating more engaging experiences." Morgan began making wines in a converted chicken coop, focusing on vineyards with character. As Bedrock grew, it moved to a larger facility and welcomed Chris Cottrell as a partner, along with a dedicated team. Bedrock is committed to preserving California's historic vineyards, planted in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, which have survived wars, Prohibition, and market changes.
