2022 is the year for Greek Wines! This Savatiano shows a floral nose with honeysuckle and lemon blossoms with a slight hint of peach pastry. The palate has ripe citrus fruits (kumquat alert!), more peach pastry & honey. The palate finishes dry with bright acid & a lemony finish that won't quit.

Savatiano holds the distinction of being Greece's most widely planted grape variety, occupying extensive areas in Central Greece, particularly in Attika. While it is notably associated with Greece's renowned Retsina wines, advancements in modern winemaking technology have contributed to an increase in the production of high-quality, dry Savatiano wines.
