Antiquum Farm employs slow, old world viticultural methods to grow grapes that are able to reach lush ripeness while maintaining high levels of natural acidity. The result is a Pinot with considerable power and finesse, ripe fruit balanced by electric acidity and a fine grained tannin. Bramble and candied fruit, tropical fruit, and purple flowers dominate, with hints of tobacco, aged balsamic, and blood orange on the back palate.
