The Bava family has winemaking history in this region since the 1600s, an in 1911, the first wine cellar of Bava, as we know today, was built.
This Barbera boasts a fragrant nose of prunes, stewed black cherry and black pepper. The palate shows juicy notes of red fruit on the first sip which is perfectly balanced through bright acidity and rich tannins, leading to a dry, enveloping finish.
