*4R* 2019 Passopisciaro "Passorosso" Etna Rosso (Sicily, IT)

Vini Franchetti was one of the first wineries to begin revitalizing viticulture and winemaking on the slopes of Etna. A standard bearer and benchmark producer in the region, known for their terroir-focused single vineyard offerings, the Contrada series. 

Their Passorosso is a great entry point for wine from Etna! Like bigger, sometimes spicier Burgundy, these wines are consistently growing in popularity for good reason.
