Named for the grandmother of the grower/producer Domenique Moreau, this champagne is all about the land it hails from. Domenique's vineyard is located close enough to Chablis for the soil to contain more clay and limestone than most of Champagne, and the result is a wine with a bright, bracing acidity perfect for pairing with fresh oysters and other light seafood.
