Manzairaku Junmai Sake 720ml (Ishikawa, Japan)

This is a mellow Sake, both well balanced but structured. It has a dry and clean finish, with a slight cypress wooden flavour originating from the unique rice grown in the Ishikawa prefecture. Best drank at room temperature with grilled fish or beef, or rich ramens.
