Enrique Fonseca is a master distiller who is an artist at bringing the terroir of Jalisco into his tequilas. His experiments with barrel aging have led to an incredible showing of complexity we didn’t know tequilas were capable of.
The Cosecha is a blanco made with the El Maguey plant harvested from high elevations. All from one single-estate, it rested for about three years before being bottled in 2016. Delicate, and floral, this has beautiful tropical notes and a clean finish. This bottle takes us to our happy place.
