 Brewed with the "Shinriki" rice that was only recently revived from extinction. It is the ancestor to many modern sake rice strains, and this style of sake harks back to a more rustic style of sake from previous centuries. 

This is a rich, full flavored sake with fresh-cut green grass aromas and hints of tropical fruits. The mouth feel is silky with suggestions of briny and umami flavors. It finishes with excellent acidity.
