Unlike your typical muscat, Trimbach's version is bone dry and is the only Muscat AOC in France which is vinified dry. The nose is highly aromatic with notes of lime blossom and white peach leading into flavors so freshly fruity they are reminiscent of eating ripe grapes or peaches. White flowers and minerality lead into a bone dry finish. This wine is perfect on its own or paired with prosciutto and melon or smoked fish.
