She is now regarded as one of the best winemakers in Australia. At Dandelion Vineyards, ancient vines (many over 100 years old) are grown in ancient soils, giving way to unique and delicious wines. Dark chocolate and dark fruit dominate the nose of this Shiraz, with subtle notes of lavender, peppercorn, and smoked paprika. The palate shows concentrated berry flavors, gripping tannins, and balanced acidity. Pair with german sausage and roasted cabbage.
