Founded by Tommaso Rubino in the 80’s, the Tenute project uses its 500 hectares for mixed agriculture, with 200 dedicated to vineyards. Much of these plants include grape species native to the area, including those used to make Oltreme. Full bodied and spicy, it features with dark fruit and a savory notes that make it a great compliment to red meat dishes.
