From the excellent winemakers at Poseidon, comes their new project, Obsidian. Obsidian Ridge is just that - a ridge that people said could not be planted nor produce grapes. This is a bold and full-bodied Cabernet with flavors of black cherries and cacao. The wine has well-integrated tannin and structure which means you don't have to open this bottle today (although you certainly can - it's drinking great!). The Obsidian Cab will continue to grow and change over the coming years.
