It's difficult not to love Priorat wines. Sweet, candied red fruit greets the fore-palate, and richly textured tannins engulf the gums and teeth. These grapes must be intensely extracted, to get such a mouthfeel and concentration of flavor. This would pair as well with pizza as it would with steaks in a mushroom gravy. Whatever your pairing, this wine will drink deliciously.
