A true family affair, Corte Pavone is run by Rainer Loacker and his sons Franz and Hayo. Rainer has championed organic farming practices since starting the project in 1996, moving into biodynamics in recent years. Their full-bodied Brunello is powerful and full of character, boasting notes of dark chocolate and dried figs. The palate finishes with siky tannins and notes of red berries and spice.
