In 2004, Rafael Palacios took over a handful of mature vineyards and began a revitalization project, introducing organic practices to grapevines that had begun to flounder. Over the years he has rejuvinated both soil and vines and has begun to produce wines with increasing complexity and pizazz. This blend of primarily Godello retains the grape's typical qualities, with a lightly creamy texture punctuated by flavors of orchard fruit, citrus, white flower, and honey.
