An incredible wine from old-vine Chenin blanc, entirely owned by the Joly family! Sitting upon exposed schist and quartz at the southeastern corner of the Savnnières AOC, this wine is intensely aromatic, with notes of tropical stone fruit and ripe nectarine interspersed with white pepper, floral blossom, honeycomb, and flinty minerality. This wine is is amazing on its own, but would pair beautifully with seasonal fare or spicy sashimi.
