Winemaker Daniela Pavese’s winemaking journey began in 2000 when she purchased the Il Moro estate in Tuscany. She now owns 3 vineyard properties, all growing 100% Red Bordeaux varietals, creating Italian wines for the French lovers. These vines grow on unique clay-limestone terroirs, typical of Bordeaux, resulting in a wine exploding with dark red fruit, minerals, flowers and spice. The palate feels soft and supple with a beautiful balance of acidity. This bottle would be the perfect addition to lamb, duck or beef based dishes.
