This wine gets its name because the grapes are hand picked and remain as whole bunches for the first week of fermentation, allowing color and texture to be gently extracted from the skins without any coarseness. Carbonic maceration makes this wine juicy and yummy and the blend of 4 grapes creates a perfect balance of aromatics, citrus, and ripe tropical fruit.
