Lifted aromatics bring orchard fruit and hints of perfume to the nose. On the palate, the wine is generous, yet taught, with concentrated fruit notes, zippy acidity, floral undertones and that savory "wet wool" character from the Chenin. This is a great wine, especially for the price. Pair it with sushi dinners, cheese platters, and a goat cheese and walnut-topped salad.
