From a plot of vines approximately 80 years of age, this wine spent 35 days on the skins, yielding a rich amber color. Exploding with aromas of candied ginger, apricots, and cloves, this wine is exceedingly complex and is undoubtedly one of the best examples of fine Umbrian wine anywhere in the world. Enjoy with roasted game birds, hors d'oeuvres, and good friends.
