Region: Piedmont, Italy
Until recently, Timorasso accounted for only a small amount of the acreage in Piedmont. Its popularity is increasingly growing, and we are 100% on board! The grape is native to northern Italy and is mostly grown in the Colli Tortonesi region. It shows aromas of citrus and white flowers, with orchard fruit, slight earthy notes, and fresh minerality carrying through. This wine is truly unique, and reminiscent of some of our favorite dry rieslings. Try with mushroom ravioli or roasted veal.
