Erbaluna was an early adopter of organic practices, becoming certified in 1985. Through their thoughtful winemaking practices, they create a Barolo that is incredibly aromatic and fresh. Delicate notes of violets on the nose give away to deeper aromas of truffles, with a long finish of tobacco.
