Domaine de Chateaumar ‘Cuvee Bastien,’ named after the winemakers’ son, is 100% Grenache from a single vineyard of 50+ year old vines in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. This wine is fruity, elegant & rich with notes of black cherry, spice and graphite with a sweet, earthy finish. Pair this with kebabs, lamb or brisket!

    About The Varietal

    Grenache

Grenache, also known as Garnacha, is a red wine grape variety extensively cultivated in France, Spain, Australia, and the United States. Its remarkable versatility, both in the vineyard and during the winemaking process, might be the reason for its widespread presence as one of the most widely planted grape varieties across the globe.
