Ever since Alain Voge’s great grandfather settled in Cornas in 1905, the family has been farming in the Rhone. When Alain took over for his father as winemaker in the 50s, he began using more innovative winemaking techniques and expanded the vineyards. Everything is now certified organic and biodynamic. This Cotes du Rhone is 100% Syrah grown in the northern Rhone. It is peppery, floral, and shows lush, ripe blackberry, plum, and red fruit on the palate.
