Founded in 1974, Mr. Parparoussis and his two daughters Erifili and Dimitra, produce world-class wines from indigenous varietals. The winery is at the family estate at Bozaitika of Patras in the Peloponnese. The winery proudly takes risks, making exceptional and unique quality wines from little-known indigenous grape varietals. This wine is a dark red color and the bouquet is filled with figs, cassis, tobacco and dried cherries. On the palate you will find notes of brown sugar filled with raisins, olives and dried herbs. The tannins are present and ready to drink with aging potential of 15-20 years.
