Winemaker, Juan Jesus, is a proud Tenerife native & fourth generation of growers on the island. All grapes at Bodegas Viñátigo are hand-harvested, fermented using indigenous yeasts and have minimal sulfur in the winemaking process. 

Made entirely from the local Listán Blanco grape, this wine features aromas of dried stone fruit and a hint of fennel. The palate is refreshing with ample fruit and white flowers, finishing with that classic Canary Islands minerality.
