This rich and funky Albarino brings intense salinity and layers of ripe tropical fruit on the palate. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation using natural yeasts, and the resulting wine has a bit of a nutty, oxidative character to it. This is seriously yummy Spanish wine. Pair with paella or a savory risotto.
