We are totally swooning over this Cab Franc! We wonder if back in 1976, when Kermit Lynch discovered winemaker Moise Boucard, he knew that Boucard’s son, Thierry, and his wife, Christine, would eventually take over to make the same top quality wines. Today this is an incredibly age-worthy, savory wine, with a delicate finish. Pair with fresh fish and roasted veggies!
