Italian Pinot Grigio is not like what we've come to expect from its American counterpart. In the hands of the Italians, it's crisp and intriguing, with lots of interest and nuance. Bland wine that tastes like water, this is not. Almost no one does it better than the producers in Friuli. This wine has ovely florals and a bit of spice, with nice bright acidity.
