Initially begun as an experimental collaboration between four friends, Ca'Liptra has grown into its own since its inception in 2012. This wine comes from vines no younger than 31 years old, many of which have been allowed to grow as they like with minimal intervention. Named for a goddess of harvest and abundance, Kypra shows white fruit and herbs on the nose, with a bracing minerality and a soft finish reminiscent of orchard fruit and almonds. This is an absolute delight alongside light seafood dishes or fresh cheeses.
