This Chablis is a master class in minimal intervention wines. After being harvested from 70 year old vines, the wine sits on the lees for at least a year before bottling giving it a delicious creamy minerality. Enjoy notes of beeswax and lemon tree as you pair this with grilled river fish, hearty salads, or creamy cheeses. Using minimal sulfites, Domaine Oudin aims to harness the natural expression of each wine.
