Bertani describes this wine as "worthy of a king's table" - and there is truth in that as this wine was served at the luncheon celebrating the coronation of King George VI. Through their vintage bottling of their Soave, Bertani wanted to bring back the traditional winemaking style to bring out all the joys of the Garganega grape. With partial fermentation on the skins, the aromatics sing notes of peach, pear and apricot with a juicy yet clean palate.
