Picpoul is an ancient grape variety of the Languedoc-Roussillon region in South West France with the name ‘Pique-poul’ literally translating to ‘stings the lip,’ an ode to the grape’s mouthwateringly high acidity. This bottle packs a punch with citrus and apple notes galore. Bright lemon, tangerine & kiwi layered with brioche, celery and a salty lime finish are perfect for any shellfish heavy meal.
