Domaine Christian Moreau Pere & Fils has been around for more than 100 years, and finally back in 2002, returned back to the hands of the family. Christian’s son Fabien left winemaking in New Zealand to come back to France and now employs biodynamic practices with a focus on low yield and high quality. This Chablis is flinty and green, with a light touch of oak. It’s a perfect pairing with shellfish, salads, and soft cheese.
