Varietal: Pinot Noir
Region: Willamette Valley, Oregon
Lowell Ford chose the name Illahe, a Chinook word meaning "earth" or "soil", for his wine label to affirm his commitment to sustainability. Using organic and sustainable farming practices, he create a Pinot Noir that is both interesting and well balanced. Light bodied with an enticing texture on the palate, it features notes of cherries, tomato, and herbs.
