A true family affair, brothers Bertrand and Denis Chevillon are the fifth generation managers of this property. Kermit Lynch describes tasting from their barrels as “magic”, saying that regardless of what happens in the vintage, the wine is always incredible. A lively and elegant expression of pinot’s potential, expect flavors of  red and black fruits followed by cooked prune with spicy, game, and mushroom notes. Pair with light salads, gouda cheese, and meat pies.
