Winemaker Vincent Bitouzet's family has roots in Burgundy over the last two centuries, and were one of the first family domaines in the region to bottle their wines. In their home village of Volnay, the Bitouzets own 2.2 hectares of vines. This Volnay is a striking ruby red in color with fresh, fruity red berry fruit on the nose and palate. It is lightly tannic in structure with bright, mouthwatering acidity.
